Exhibit Space:  *All booths will be Pipe and Drape spaces
  • 8 X 10 booth space:  $2,250 before February 1, 2020
  • 8 X 20 (Double) booth space: $3,500 before February 1, 2020
  • 8 X10 Corner booth space:  $2,500 before February 1, 2020
  • Idea Exchange add-on to exhibit space:  $500
  • Stand Alone Idea Exchange:  $1,000

Exhibit Badges
All vendors should check-in at the registration desk upon arrival to pick up their badge. A badge must be worn in order to gain admission to the conference and exhibit area during installation, dismantling and show hours. Vendors are encouraged to attend education sessions and may receive CE credit for an additional charge of $215. Two badges come with 8x10 space and four badges with a double space.   Extra badges may be purchased for $150 each(Limit of 4 additional badges).

Conference Attendee List
A pre and post-conference attendee list will be emailed to exhibitors. The pre-conference registration list will be emailed on April 24th and the post conference list will be emailed on May 15th.  ACHCA request that you limit your emails/postal mailings to one pre‐conference and one post‐conference communication.
