In partnership with Lee Agency and Midwest Insurance Group, ACHCA is pleased to offer an individual professional liability insurance policy to it’s membership. ACHCA members can purchase a personal policy for $2,000 and will be issued a certificate of insurance in their name which will have individual limits of: $1,000,000/$3,000,000. This policy will be secondary to any professional liability policy in force on behalf of the individual’s employer.
