Digital Bulletin Board Advertisement Options A digital bulletin board will be displayed all week at registration. Ads will appear on a rotation for 90 seconds. Exhibit Badges All vendors should check-in at the registration desk upon arrival to pick up their badge. A badge must be worn in order to gain admission to the conference and exhibit area during installation, dismantling and show hours. Vendors are encouraged to attend education sessions and may receive CE credit for an additional charge of $215. Two badges come with 8x10 space. Extra badges may be purchased for $150 each (Limit of 4 additional badges). The pre-conference registration list will be emailed in April and the post conference list will be emailed in May. Hotel Reservations Reserve your room reservation by March 14, 2025. Room rate of $246 and a daily resort fee. A one-night stay will be charged to your credit card as a deposit (refundable if cancelled 3 days prior to your arrival date).
