"It is very satisfying to feel rewarded for years of dedication to a field that is ever changing and requires constant attention. I was asked last year if I had ever thought about applying for Fellowship. I researched the requirements and submitted an application. Through this process I learned more about myself and my commitment toward quality care, educational values, community involvement and generally improving other peoples lives. As I reflect through these years of professional growth, I realize that my life has also been improved.” — Brenda Marinan, Administrator, Chestelm Health & Rehab Center, Connecticut
