Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award

Each year, ACHCA recognizes the leaders of top-performing Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF's) across the country through the Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award (EPFLA).

This year, 1,111 Administrators were nominated based on data-driven criteria used to objectively identify high-performing skilled nursing facilities and the leaders who serve as catalyst for excellence and inspire their leadership teams to consistently exhibit quality care to their residents.

Only 7% of high performing skilled nursing facilities qualify nationwide.

Receipt of the notification letter is the first step towards confirming eligibility for the Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award.  Current membership with the American College of Health Care Administrators is required to receive the EPFLA.

*Nominated Administrators for the EPFLA that are non-members can join the ACHCA Community to receive the award if all other eligibility requirements are met. Lapsed members can renew their membership or send an e-mail to the ACHCA Membership Team to request an updated invoice.
