2022 Convocation and Expo Safety Guidelines and Requirements

ACHCA is committed to your safety during our 2022 Convocation and Expo.  Below is the American College of Health Care Administrators’ (ACHCA) current safety guidelines and requirements for the 2022 Convocation and Expo.  In light of the ever evolving nature of the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting travel restrictions, ACHCA reserves the right to amend and/or update these guidelines and requirements.   The ACHCA is regularly analyzing the logistics and current COVID-19 mandates and will promptly communicate with attendees regarding any changes or protocols regarding Covid-19.

A 2-step process for all registrants to be cleared for in-person participation will be as follows:

  1. Participant’s execution of a liability waiver.
  2. Provide proof you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. To be considered fully vaccinated, you must be two weeks past your second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer or Moderna) or two weeks past a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson/Janssen) OR proof of a negative COVID 19 test result administered no more than 48 hours prior to arrival must be presented to the registration desk onsite. This is the only permitted exception to the vaccination requirement.  Those who do not verify vaccination or have evidence of a negative COVID 19 test will not be issued conference registration and will be asked to leave the conference. In these cases, refunds will not be granted. Additional information regarding submission of the vaccination card will be coming soon.
