Aaron Huminsky, Director of Business Development with Link-age Solutions in Mason, Ohio, has 25 years of diverse experience in the healthcare industry, gaining deep experience in Medical Distribution, Product Development, Business Development, Category Management, and patient care.  Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, having worked for organizations such as Cardinal Health and Cleveland Clinic.  He has developed a unique perspective by navigating both sides of the negotiation table, as well as leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, drive organizational growth, and spearhead product and business initiatives.  Having successfully managed high-stakes negotiations; he understands the importance of building strong relationships while managing the engagement of multiple supplier partners.  

In his free time, you can find him reading, training so he can still function while playing soccer and basketball, and spending time with his family and their two dogs.  With two sons in College and a daughter in middle school, he and his wife Heidi enjoy the challenge of planning travel so they can continue to have "adventures" as a family.  

 

Mike Fisher, VP of Sales & Marketing at Link-age Solutions in Mason, Ohio, boasts over 30 years of National Account and Direct Sales expertise. He's deeply rooted in the Senior Care market, having worked with Medline Industries, among other roles, as well as being the founder of Enhanced Living Solutions, which he sold to ProMedica Healthcare Systems in 2015.

Residing in Southeast Michigan, Mike enjoys family time with his wife Lynette, their three children, and six grandchildren. He has a passion for writing and producing music. Additionally, he manages the finances and marketing for Gathered Creations, an art studio and gift boutique run by his wife and daughter in their hometown.
