ACHCA District 2 (New York & New Jersey) present a 6 CE (NAB credits pending) seminar at New Bridge in Paramus, New Jersey Education Seminar to prepare for Phase 3 Rules of Participation and Reimbursement RoundUp (new regs) presented by Amy Lee. This seminar will include 2 CEs of ethics (4 hours CE Ethics required for licensure renewal). 

As a result of this presentation, the participant will be able to...

  1. Understand the regulatory components for Phase 3.
  2. Understand the required components for Compliance & Ethics programs.
  3. Recognize available data collection and monitoring tools and how this will integrate with your current QAPI Program.
  4. Learn leadership strategies for implementing the newly revised regulations.
  5. Identify approaches to improve staff retention using a competency-based approach driven by person-centered care.
  6. Summarize PDPM components and steps for implementation.
  7. Review and understand the components of CMS Quality Reporting Program (SNF QRP) and Value-Based Purchasing Program (VBP)
  8. Identify ethical & compliance processes for successful management and monitoring of quality reporting and managing hospital readmission rates.
  9. Discuss a team approach to data collection, QAPI, and sustained reimbursement performance.
  10. Understand how ethics factor into the decisions being made and how that will affect the implementation of the above.
