John Harned: A member of BKD National Health Care Group, John Harned has 27 years of experience working in the senior living industry. His expertise encompasses reimbursement, operational excellence, strategic planning and many other aspects of senior living finance. John coordinates the firm's Life Plan Communities (CCRCs) practice. He previously served as the founding president and chief executive officer of a not-for-profit CCRC management company, which included two retirement communities and a home health and hospice operation. John is a national speaker on HIPAA, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, financial budgeting, leadership, social accountability, national and state policies and trends in senior living.

David Rodarte:  Director David Rodarte provides strategic planning services using BKDnext® to assist businesses with growth, succession, continuity or transactions.   He is an experienced CEO with more than 20 years of experience operating midsize businesses.  In 2012 he successfully sold a rapidly growing consumer technology company.   Since then, David has been a business advisor, helping companies plan growth with transition in mind.  Through the use of proven strategic planning methods, he has assisted businesses from start-ups to enterprises with revenue in excess of $400 million. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University, Columbus, with a bachelor of science in agriculture.
