Reserve your room reservation by April 5, 2024. Click here to make your reservation online or call the Reservation Center at 1-800-445-8667 or 843-449-0006 to secure a reservation; refer to the ACHCA conference to secure our conference room rate. Room rate of $235 and a daily resort fee of $35.  A one-night stay will be charged to your credit card as a deposit (refundable if cancelled 3 days prior to your arrival date).

Embassy Suites rates include complimentary buffet breakfast and complimentary evening reception.

Overflow Hotel Rooms:  Click here to make your reservation online (use AMD as group code) or call the Reservation Center at 1-800-445-8667 or 843-449-0006 to secure a reservation; refer to the AMD conference to secure our conference room rate.  Room rate of $199 and a daily resort fee of $35.  A one-night stay will be charged to your credit card as a deposit (refundable if cancelled 3 days prior to your arrival date). These resorts are next door to the Embassy Suites and are not suites.  

Limited Availability:  As travel begins to increase and attendees, speakers, and vendors begin to reserve their hotel rooms, some nights may be in limited supply.  
 

Important Note: You are strongly encouraged to utilize ACHCA's room block.  By doing so we are able to reduce overall costs associated with the conference allowing us to offer special events that are included in registration.  

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
Our check-in time is 4:00 PM; check-out time is 11:00 AM. All guests arriving before 4:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. Our Guest Services Department can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
