The above rates reflect the European Plan (EP), accommodation only with no meals included. Rates are applicable for three days before and three days after the education program for those attendees who wish to extend their stay. Rates are based on space availability and the European Plan. A third adult sharing is an additional $30 per night plus gratuities and resort levy. Children under 18 sharing their parents’ accommodations are complimentary, however subject to gratuities and resort levy. Rates do not include meals, taxes, gratuities or resort levy fees.

MEAL PLANS
For an additional fee, you may add a meal plan to your room rate. Rates are per person, per day.

• Breakfast Plan (breakfast only) $26/day
• Modified American Plan (breakfast & dinner) $99/day

Rates do not include taxes, gratuities and resort levy fees. Alcoholic beverages are not included. If a parent is on a meal plan and children 18 and under are on the meal plan as well, they are charged 50% of the adult meal plan price. Children ages 6-18 years old are charged menu prices when ordering off the children’s menu, receive 50% off any buffet, and receive 50% off of the adult menu. Children 5 and under eat free when ordering off the children’s menu, receive 50% off any buffet, and receive 50% off of the adult menu.
